Cancellation & Refund Policy
Maa Puspa Manav Vikash Foundation (Section 8 Company)
At Maa Puspa Manav Vikash Foundation, we value every contribution made towards our social initiatives. As a Section 8 non-profit organization, all donations directly support our programs for children, women, and vulnerable communities.
However, we understand that errors may occur. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be considered.
1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
All donations made to the Foundation are treated as final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare activities.
This follows the standard practice for NGOs and Section 8 companies.
2. Wrong/Duplicate Transaction
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- The donor made a duplicate payment.
- The donor entered an incorrect amount by mistake.
- The donor’s account was debited but the payment did not reflect on our side.
In such cases, donors must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Refund Request Procedure

- Donor name
- Transaction ID / UTR number
- Date and amount donated
- Mode of payment
- Reason for refund request
The Foundation may require additional verification for security and compliance.
4. Processing Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
5. No Refund for CSR Funds or Issued 80G Receipts
Refunds cannot be processed where:
- CSR funds have been transferred
- 80G/12A receipts have been issued
- Funds have already been utilized for any welfare activity
This ensures compliance with legal and financial audit requirements.
6. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Donors who have set up monthly/recurring payments may request cancellation at any time.
The cancellation will apply to future payments only, not past contributions.
7. Policy Updates
Maa Puspa Manav Vikash Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this policy to ensure legal compliance and transparency.
