Maa Puspa Manav Vikash Foundation is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all our actions, programs, and relationships. This Code of Ethics outlines the values and behavioral expectations for all individuals associated with the organization.

Employees, volunteers, trustees, donors, vendors, partners, and any person representing the Foundation.

  • Avoid any form of physical or emotional abuse.

  • Use organizational resources responsibly and only for intended purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with financial, legal, and reporting obligations.
  • Uphold transparency with donors, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.

4. Confidentiality

  • Protect the privacy of beneficiaries, donors, and staff.
  • Do not share personal, sensitive, or identifiable information without authorization.
  • Handle data ethically and in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Protection of Children & Vulnerable Groups

  • Follow the Child Protection Policy at all times.
  • Ensure safe and supportive environments free from abuse, exploitation, and harm.
  • Immediately report any suspicion of misconduct toward a child or vulnerable person.

6. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professionalism during all activities, online and offline.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest; disclose any potential conflict immediately.
  • Do not misuse the Foundation’s name, funds, or assets.

7. Ethical Use of Communication & Media

  • Represent the Foundation truthfully in public communication.
  • Use photos, stories, and beneficiary information responsibly and with consent.
  • Avoid portraying beneficiaries in a negative or exploitative manner.

8. Anti-Corruption & Anti-Fraud

  • Do not engage in bribery, corruption, theft, or misappropriation of funds.
  • Report financial irregularities without fear of retaliation.
  • Cooperate fully during audits or investigations.

9. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and the community.
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and mutual support.
  • Share knowledge and resources to strengthen the Foundation’s mission.

10. Commitment to Mission

  • Act in alignment with the Foundation’s mission to uplift children, families, and communities.
  • Prioritize beneficiary welfare and long-term impact in all decisions.
  • Conduct all activities ethically, responsibly, and in service of social good.

11. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Corrective action
  • Suspension or dismissal
  • Removal from volunteer duties
  • Termination of vendor or partner contracts
  • Legal or disciplinary action as required

This Code of Ethics will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with organizational growth, legal changes, and best practices.
